"Everything about the property, the staff, the breakfast, etc were good. The issue was the very strong cleaning smell in the rooms. The first room we got, the smell was overwhelming. The window was open so I'm guessing they knew that. We changed rooms and the chemically cleaning smell was still there but was not as strong so we kep the room. The smell was enough that when we got home, our clothes still smelled of it. My wonder is if they are using something that strong, what are they covering...

"This place was really nice, well maintained and the staff excellent. The only criticism is bed seemed small for a queen size. We were a little cramped and would get a king next time."

"I loved that the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. This continued throughout my stay. It was beautiful. I thing - my Non smoking Room smelled like someone had smoked in there. The odor lingered but was not overwhelming for me to make it an issue."

"The overall place was nice looking and clean. Staff were just ok. BUT the bed was as hard as sleeping on the pavement! It was awful! I will never stay there again. My husband and I got very little sleep and got up with the worst backache we have ever had. Also, the sheets and blankets were awful not what we are accustomed to. And for $360 a night I definitely expect more!"

"Room and bath were immaculate. Parking was free. Owner who lives on site was delightful and very accommodating. Some rooms are on 2nd floor, so I would check that 1st floor is available if stairs are an issue for you"
