"The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect central location. The restaurants were great and the service gracious. The room was comfortable. What made it spectacular was that I fell and injured myself on the ice (record cold during my stay), a member of the bell staff found out, and the night manager called me, and everyone on the staff was very helpful. They even sent a messenger out to purchase Ibuprofen for me, and delivered ice packs to my room. Thy made the stay very personal. It was not my best trip to Amsterdam, but one of the most caring hotel experiences I've ever had.
