"As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. "Everything about my stay at Everhome Suites was great, especially the spacious room layout, with one major exception: the pillows. They were square, completely flat, and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Upgrading the pillows would easily make this a five-star property."

"The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy"

"We had the best stay! We stayed for 9 days, our room was always cleaned and had new towels, the beds were comfy and the staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and happy! The one thing we didn’t like was the parking was tight in the front but they didn’t tell us about the spaces in the back! There is another parking lot behind the building! The breakfast was perfect and always stocked up! Deff worth the stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."
