"I stayed with my family as a stopover coming home from Florida. My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. When I let Front desk know she stated it was could be because if it’s about to rain there’s sometimes plumbing issues.
