"Room was clean and spacoius. The staff were nice but could have been a bit more informative for a new customer. Drinks were good. The Coyote Cafe was great. Liz was the best waiter! We had some mishaps with the spa staff but the massage was excellent. The Orange Sky was perfect. Great staff and food. Overall I had a fun and easy short stay and will be back."

"Overall, the stay had some positives, but a few things would make me think twice about coming back. When we first got to our room, the shower wasn’t working, but the staff handled it quickly. They moved us to another room nearby, which was really convenient since we didn’t have to drag all our stuff across the hotel. The rooms seemed recently upgraded. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were soft, and it was nice having both a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was okay—nothing amazing, but good enough for a quick bite. There are also several fast food spots within walking distance, including a McDonald’s, which was convenient. The main downside was the surrounding area. It wasn’t the cleanest, and there were quite a few homeless individuals around, some appearing to be using drugs, which made it feel a bit sketchy at times. That said, the hotel does have security on-site, and after 9pm you need a room key to enter, which helped. It worked well for us since we were there for spring training and just needed a place to sleep. If you’re not planning to spend much time at the hotel, it gets the job done—but the area is something to keep in mind."

"As many reviews have stated, this property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The renovated parts and the lazy river area were great, our unrenovated room and the complex we were in were not. Definitely not worth the cost if you are in the old parts of the resort."

"room wasnt entirely clean, stains on carpet and old coffee left in the machine. the staff were incredible the pools are very conveniently located and the food was good. wish I didnt have plan's so i could have used more of thr resort amenities "

"Staff really helpful. Ideal for larger group. Fully stocked kitchen. Room to spread out. Area rugs could be replaced. "

"This was less than mediocre, it felt dirty (walls and carpet were stained and cracked). The kind of place I felt like I should wear my shoes indoor and flip flops in the bathroom. There’s no housekeeping unless you ask, however when I asked for a new garbage bag the housekeeper just smiled and said “no”. The garbages where the breakfast was were constantly over flowing. They advertised “free airport shuttle” however what they meant was “we may or may not answer to order you an uber”. In our case no one answered when we called so we just paid for our own uber, when we got to the hotel all they said was “oh that’s weird”. No offer for reimbursement, no apologies. The pool is not heated, even in 40 degree weather it was too cold to truly enjoy. Also not in the sun for the entire day so go in the morning/afternoon if you want to be in the sun. The breakfast was typical (fake eggs, possibly bacon or sausage) the waffles/waffle station was delicious though! I will probably not stay here again."

"The front desk staff was wonderful. There was an issue with facility service trying to work on our room’s lock system at night without telling us. After the situation was addressed, the managerial staff communicated what changes they would make moving forward. I felt listened to and I do believe they aim to satisfy their patrons. "
