Room cleaning is daily, the room is bigger than most of the other hotels offer, parking is plentiful and the daily rates are good. Veey friendly reception staff as well. This hotel pleasantly surprised us with all of the amenities it had to offer. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless. It included everything we needed. Loved the pool and it's setting. We quite enjoyed the sauna too! Not many hotels include one. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is close to many choices of restaurants and to the downtown of Stratford if we wanted to go. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Room was a bit cold. Called the front desk and they turned it up which helped. Pool could be kept a few degrees warmer. In winter a warmer pool is more welcoming. We were going to sit in the sauna for a bit to warm up but there were ants crawling on the bench, so that was a hard no. Otherwise enjoyed the stay. Good price, room was clean. Other than the points above it was good and may visit again.

Really enjoyed my stay. For my price range it has lots of amenities and was clean and very comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly and if you join their loyalty.or members program the price is even better ( told to book through them directly). Will stay there again when im in town. I'm not sure if the price increases during the summer festival period when all the plays are on.

This property it’s decor and furnishings are dated but with that said it was very clean from the bathroom to the bedroom with adequate towels, bedding and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. It’s just unfortunate that they no longer have a hotel bar/restaurant access as it is permanently closed.
