"Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!"

"Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "

"Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. "

"This was the worst stay I’ve had at this hotel. I prepaid weeks in advance for a king bed room. When I checked in they would only give me a queen bed room. The biggest problem was that even though I prepaid, I was charged TWICE for the room upon check in and check out. The reimbursement took over a week to credit to my account. If I had not been checking my bank account, those two extra payments would’ve never been corrected. The staff only said that it was a new system. There was no offer...

"The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome."
