"La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Location is OK as long as you are prepared to walk about 1 KM each way to the center for a restaurant. Breakfast was OK but the waiters will not fill up the buffet unless you remind them to do so. AC didn’t work on the first day and barely worked after it was “fixed” We are at the end of a month long vacation in Italy and honestly, this was the worst hotel we stayed in so far. No, I will not recommend the Della Torre hotel in Stresa to my friends."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It is immaculately clean, centrally located for boats to the islands with great amenities including our highlight which was the roof top bar. The staff could not have been more polite or helpful and the breakfast was fabulous! From being shown to our room and given a tour and suggestions for the visit, every member of staff was wonderful and welcoming! We stay in lots of hotels and this is one of our favourites. Would definitely recommend! "

"Hotel historico y elegante, qu te hace sentir en un verdadero palacio. las habitaciones aunque estan bien, les vendría bien una remodelacion. Las vistas al lago son maravillosas. "

"Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention."
