"George, the manager, was very accommodating as I really needed a handicap room and reserved an accessible room, believe it or not that’s two different things. George did everything he could so that we could get a handicap room."

"Outside was sketchy. I side the room was clean and great for our one night stay! The front desk guy was the best part! We tried vending machine and it took my daughters money! He got that back and came to our room with not one but two Kit Kats!"

"Front desk staff at check in were not friendly. The room was great except the a/c wasn’t working very well was told that a/c shuts off if no movement and since I sleep very still I kept waking up in a sweat and the pillows were old and flat. Called front desk and was told there was nothing she could do. Breakfast was underwhelming reminded me of sub par La Quinta or holiday inn breakfast. Will not be staying here again if I can avoid it."

"Property need an upgrade. Staff friendly and courteous. There are no Reastaurant within walking distance . Either Uber or Dash Door . Positive: nice breakfast and shuttle bus will take you to the airport. It is extremely cold inside . We had to turn on heater at 90% outside ."

"Hot tub had black mold and smelled awful. Room also was muggy and had an odor. Because of the mugginess, the sheets were sticky during the night. Floors were sticky. Table chair cushions were dirty. Sofa ottomans were filthy. Sofa stinked. We had to ask for another blanket to cover it. That blanket was heavily covered in lint. Hair dryer was broken. Elevator button was broken. A/C did not work in the hallway, so when you got off the elevator the heat hit you in the face. Terrible...

"Good overall stay. Had my flight cancelled so stayed here last minute. Up early and forgot my credit card and ID in the room. Got home that night and called them. They had them at the front desk and quickly mailed them to me. Excellent job by the staff there!! Thank you!"
