"I can't say enough for the staff, they assured me earlier that they would take care of my shuttle needs and really came through for me, even though my flight into Love was really late. There was no problem getting at shuttle at almost 2 am and again in the morning a shuttle to pickup my rental car (came in too late to get it that night). Great bed, breakfast served until 9:30 a.m. and a great variety of good choices. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and on top of your needs. I would stay...

"The initial 2 key cards to my room did not work. Returned to the front desk and they made 2 more. Only 1 of those worked. Someone cooking in one of the rooms really stunk up the hallways on my floor. My travel companion was on the 3rd floor. Said floor in his room was a noticeably bouncy and there was a musty smell. The place was clean and seemed to be well maintained beyond that. There are NO restaurants or stores near by."

"The attendant was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember his name. I was stuck in traffic on 114 eastbound because of a music festival letting out at the Texas motor speedway. I didn't get to the hotel until 3:00am and had to leave by 6:00am. The guy at the front desk was very kind and ensured I received everything I needed for the few hours I would be there. I would 100% recommend this Aloft for the level of service and amenities, even though I didn't get full use during my short stay."

"Well, I’m feeling dilemma I had is that there was a kitchen with the oven our stove and and they don’t offer any utensils whatsoever. I didn’t even have a spoon not that I asked for one, but they could do better with having utensils to heat up something if we bring something to eat. Other than that, everything was good that was comfortable. Staff was good."
