"The room was nice and clean. The staff was overall very nice. The airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel was horrible. Waited more than an hour and the shuttle never came. When I called the 800 number for the hotel, the person who spoke with me on the phone did not even know that there was a shuttle available.’ The shuttle going to the airport was fine. The complete drawback of this was that hotel.com advertised this hotel has been literally a couple of blocks from Hollywood Boulevard rather than 13 miles away. Very deceptive."

"Clean, $20 to park there is crazy, $300 a nigh crazy, no microwave, and only coffee in the a.m. Beds were cheap and barely ok. Water pressure was great, fridge/freeze wonderful, no microwave in the room, but one downstairs if you wanted to use one. The room lighting was odd. The staff was nice. If you needed towels you had to take your used towels down to reception!! Room service forget it until you leave which I thought was Rediculous at $300 per night!!!!! The room was extremely quiet for having planes take off and land in the vicinity, and for having a very full hotel of BTS Army waiting to go the the concert! I would have to think hard before staying there again!"

"All of the staff were amazing - from first checking in, to helpful concierge advice / information, to thoughtful restaurant staff (accommodating my food allergies), to really thorough and considerate housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly and focused on making our staff enjoyable and trouble-free. This hotel is located on a busy street with a VERY busy fast-food drive through immediately in front of it. So the hotel's entrance can be a bit awkward at peak times of day. Just be aware, if you are driving. That wasn't a problem for me because I used the excellent hotel-provided airport shuttle."

"Absolutely beautiful property, friendly staff clean room was amazing very close to universal, which was nice. The only suggestion that I would have is we were in a handicap accessible room with a shower that you could wheel a wheelchair in. It would’ve been nice to have like a squeegee because the water pulled in front of the toilet and we had to use towels to wipe it up, but besides that everything was amazing definitely will be staying here again if I come back this way."
