"Great location next to Universal Studios. We walked to the amusement park and the City Walk, which took about 5 minutes. Will stay here again when we go back to Universal Studios."

"Staff service is incredibly and helpful with care, thoughtfulness and resourceful. The pool amenity and restaurant on the second floor is beautiful. The room could have been cleaner, other than that overall I would stay there again."

"The property is like a hotel from the 40’s. The wood is scuffed in places and it’s not slick and bright. It’s moody but cool. The staff is so welcoming. "

"Make sure to scroll through all the pictures. I booked a regular room with 2 queen beds. The room itself was okay but the bathroom was from the 80s...not the updated nice looking white bathroom in the first 30 pics or so. Which means it was kind of falling apart. Tile cracking and the towel holder barely holding on. Alao the road noise was quite loud. We had to leave the ac on to drown out the noise. The pool was nice and clean and the staff was friendly."
