"Ramon (FRONT DESK) Staff gave me a lower grade room because he said ALOUD that the entire lobby area could hear that and I quote “because you brought your room on a THIRD PARTY WEBSITE “I can give you a high floor room, only something on 4th floor“- this was unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. As a Travel Agent and Boyant member and have spent hundreds of dollars on Marriott hotel brands and have never been disappointed with the way he presented himself and the Marriott brand."

Also appreciate the shuttle getting us to and from the airport. The room needs better electrical outlets as the only one we could charge our devices on was the outlet in the bathroom."
