"We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean."

"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"Absolutely do not recommend. When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe. The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units....

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it."

"Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!"

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"The bathroom sink was clogged when I got into the room. The roller was missing from the microwave plate. There was no sponge for the kitchen sink. Stains on the carpet. The pool was closed the first two days of my visit due to chemical issues. The pool looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The parking lot is small and someone damaged my side mirror. "The hotel is very elegant and a lot of fun. There is a gym, a library, and a small restaurant/bar. there is free coffee each morning and a complimentary wine happy hour from 4-6. The rooms are very comfortable and the bath has two sinks, tons of plush towels and the little things that you may need. It is also walking distance from the Bechter and Mint Museums. We cannot wait to return to Ivey’s. And Justin, the manager, is a great problem solver and helper."
