"The hotel offers a beautiful sea view, and most of the staff were friendly; while some waiters were very pleasant, others were not quite as welcoming. Outside the hotel, vendors ask where you are from, and upon learning you are a foreigner, they charge double or even triple for products, massages, or excursions. Fortunately, hotel staff warn you to be careful, and the police are also always looking out for tourists."
