"My partner was unable to get into the room as i booked it , they needed my ID Was stuck in traffic . He waited an hour in the lobby Love the hotel ckean ,nice bed ,lovrly shower Stayed here before"

"The room, corridors were extremely clean and well looked after. Great service, great security on the door. Very close to Portman Road football stadium if you’re coming for a match or as we were a concert. Literally a five minute walk. "

"Fantastic stay in the Hatfield Lodge Room 2 was great, spacious, quiet, clean. The shower room was lovely large, i feel it maybe a cleaning product used but it seem to leave the floor very slippery and the shower could do with some anti slip texturing on the tray and a handrail for safety. Only down side needs plugs next to the bed. Apart from those points would happily stay again. "
