"This is not your five-star resort. It is clean, cute, and more than fine for a stay. We chose this property due to the location. We weren't in Key West for the typical Key West stuff. I wanted to be close to the port for the Dry Tortugas ferry. The resort is a bit outdated, but well maintained. The rooms are layers of paint and bathrooms are older colors, so it doesn't look great, but it is very clean. The bathroom was very small but served its purpose just fine. "The ambiance of the old building was unique. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The grounds were mostly clean and well kept. There were some areas that needed attention or were worn. Our room was very clean and well kept. All in all it was a nice stay. Nothing special. But adequate."

"Everything about our 1 bedroom direct beach access ocean view suite was spectacular except for the jacuzzi tub in the room. The water wasn’t even like warm and not all the jets worked. Considering the shower water was hot I didn’t understand this. Bed was very comfortable and so were the couches. Refrigerator was great to have as well as the microwave and toaster. They have all kitchen supplies in this suite if you wanted to cook for yourself. We just made bagels a couple of mornings. We kind...
