No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking may happen, but how a hotel handles it is what matters—and in this case, the response was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."
