"I was in town for Karen Wheaton Conference at The Ramp for my first time. I was extremely pleased with the Kind and friendly customer service, I was pleased with the breakfast and room was very clean housekeeping kept my room clean very safe environment no worries. I will be Staying here again in the future "

"Location was great for our travel plans. Easy to find and get to. Our upstairs room was lovely, however the stairs were not ideal (we are in our 70’s ) for carrying luggage. Website said there was an elevator but we couldn't find it. We stayed in the main house which is also lovely. Property was lovely. Check-in was easy although there were no staff which is stated on the website. There was a sign posted in the kitchen about ‘due to staff shortages’….so we completely passed on breakfast...

"The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. "

"Staff would not honor my expedia price I had booked for and charged me $150 more. Coffee was never made by 7am in the morning and my room was never made completely up."

"These are outdoor rooms, and the locks and deadbolts were not sufficient for the doors. The bathroom was clean, but the pull out couch mattress had no sheets on it, and had rust marks and mold on it. For the price paid for the night, it was not worth the stay. The staff was amazing and sweet, but the property was not the 8 rating we paid for "

"I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

"Absolutely magnificent home! Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! "

"Rooms were nice and roomy. Had to wait a little bit after 3pm for my room. None of the ice makers were working, so had to go down to main lobby for ice. "

"The breafast is awesome. The AC is great. There are 2 elevators for a 4 story Hotel which is perfect elevaroring. Only the number 1 car is in operation which causes long registration times (response to hallway call buttons) Plus the unit that does work has the Home Landing at the lobby instead of just on demand operation with last stop parking. Response time to up or down calls is improved when only one unit out of a duplex group is in running condition, instead of always returning to home...
