"I was traveling for work and booked this room as it was literally across the street from my company's DC office location. If you're looking for a historical hotel with charm, this is the place. There are steps leading up to the elevators, so be mindful if you have issues with steps or need more prominent ADA access. They do have a very small elevator and another that is more accommodating, but it is definitely an older classic hotel. I've been in a lot of hotels in the last year, and this one had more charm and architectural interest. I was only there for 2-days, the location was great, close to restaurants and we walked to the monuments about 15 minutes away. The rooms are smaller, so are the bathrooms, but everything was clean, well-kept, and convenient."
