"The room was dirty the carpet was dirty the staff was not very helpful had a party going on somewhere in the hotel till 6:00 a.m. keeping me and my wife up all night they were so loud I could hear what they were saying slamming the doors no one cared I called the office nothing happened didn't get a refund nothing this hotel is a piece of garbage stay away the people that run it suck"

"They overbooked knowingly for a huge concert and cheer weekend. Didn't get into our room until after 5PM, 100+ more people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, the only place to get ready for the concert we came to was in the bathroom with 50+ other upset guests. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful but the fact of the matter is there wasn't enough rooms, the rooms weren't cleaned in time and they basically said the only thing i could get back was they could add the hour i wasn't in my...
