"This was such a great spot: good price, very clean, great room, access to public transportation was a few steps away. It has a great restaurant on the property and a bunch of other shops and restaurants nearby. Plus there was a nearby playground for the kids to run around. This place is great--we would definitely stay again!"

"Very friendly staff. We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time so we inquired about luggage storage. The staff informed us that our room was ready. This was a huge help! We dropped our bags, grabbed a very helpful train station paper in the lobby, walked about 5 minutes to the train station and we were touring Zurich about 15 minutes later."

"The hotel is located near the airport with free shuttle service from Zürich airport. The staff who checked us in is nice and approachable with a friendly smile. But the bar staff is abrupt when we asked for a cup ( only 2 cups in the room when 3 of us checked in) as it is out of hours when we arrived and housekeeping is not available. Standard room size. "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
