"My flight was cancelled when I called the front desk they didn’t have any rooms available so I went on Expedia and booked one. The front desk made it difficult for me to find the shuttle bus to the hotel but the driver found me as I was booking an Uber. After getting to the hotel my experience was wonderful! "The hotel and staff were great, but the shuttle service was horrendous! They left us stranded for well over an hour and NEVER showed up nor contacted us (and it was only 8pm). I ended up paying for an Uber just to get from the airport. Don't stay here if you need to use the shuttle to the airport but everything else was great!"

"The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere.
