Serviced Apartment di Kabupaten Summit

"I was disappointed with the extra fees for parking and lack of direction when checking in. Very vague and not very accommodating! The concierge turned me away and said come back? Check in and check out time was only 17 hours. Not even a 24 hour window? Overall is a nice place but service was not good at all and disappointing. Thank you"

"Quite! Comfy! Relaxing! Staff Amazing! 😊"

"Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. Called and spoke to a lovely person who helped out, and was solved in a few minutes. Parking was easy to get in and out, and the property is close to all sorts of restaurants and a short walk up...

"The property is in a good location as far as creature comforts are concerned. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s also a nice walking trail nearby."

"Check-in was terrible. These are individually owned units and there was a key card with our name on it but no room number or unit number. There was no one at the front desk only a phone number to call that redirected us to another hotel. They had no information on where our room was. They didn’t even have our name in their system. We had to try to call several different people to find out where our room was — check-in process took over two hours. We finally found someone who could help us after...

"The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the...

"Great location of the townhouse."
