"This property was very clean. You could tell it was pretty much brand new. The staff was very welcoming. I had a Pet with me and everyone make sure to say hello and give him lots of love. The property is really nice. It’s right off the freeway across the street from a gas station and there’s a delicious barbecue joint, literally within a few steps of the hotel. I was too tired to try the pool, but it looked super clean and very nice. Definitely would stay again on my way back. "

"It was located in an easy to find area. Room was nice enough and needed to be finished on the projects started. Staff was scarce and always in a back room. Coffee should be 24/7. Please clean/ vacuum your stairs and clean up the doggie dodo area."

"I stayed at this hotel in Cedar City while attending my graduation at SUU. I mainly chose it because of its close proximity to the university, which made it very convenient for the occasion. Overall, the hotel was decent and clean. It’s not typically the kind of place I usually stay in, but for what I needed, a place to sleep, it did the job. The biggest downside was the staff, who came across as cold and not very welcoming. A simple smile or friendly greeting would have made a big difference in creating a warmer atmosphere. There was also some noise during the stay. The couple in the room next to us seemed to be arguing loudly late at night, which was a bit uncomfortable and disruptive. Aside from that, the hotel served its purpose. It’s a convenient option if you’re visiting the university, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of hospitality and guest experience."

" The property manager on site was very friendly and helpful, however, the hotel was a hot mess. From the urine smell at the entrance to the many broken windows, this property was in disrepair. The carpets were filthy, the bathroom in our room was so bad I went and purchased cleaning supplies and washed everything (the bathtub needed 4 scrubbings of Ajax). The air conditioning worked. There was no breakfast but we didn't expect that. Around 8:00 pm after a long day of driving, and realizing we could not stay here 2 nights, we phoned expedia and told them of our plight. They refunded our money and we moved on."
