"The hotel is in a wonderful, very convenient location. The staff members were definitely great, though the property seemed understaffed during our stay, which left the team a bit overwhelmed.Because they were stretched thin, it was difficult to reach anyone by phone at the front desk. They facility is not close enough to the freeway to hear the noise, that part was especially noticeable. And the breakfast, alright very typical, was enjoyable. "Staff was great! This is a no frills hotel, but it’s new and clean. We stayed here for 5 weeks while our house was being remodeled. It only had one night stand and one arm chair, but two bar chairs. Very inconvenient if you need electronics at both sides of the bed. The peninsula chairs were hard and very low backed. If you need to work from your room, this would be very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were on the ground floor. The elevator was broken twice during the 5 weeks."

"Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. "
