"The location of the property was excellent! Beautiful beach views and convenient walking to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Our room was nice, maybe a little more dated than advertised on the website, but serviceable. The employees were extremely helpful, fast, and accommodating when it came to issues. The toaster oven in our unit was not working properly; they had a new one for us within 10 minutes. I would stay here again."

"Room smelled bad towels smelled bad smelled like they weren't washed I think they gave us the horrible room based on our color (black) because other people (white) seem to not complain about smelly towels or room. Breakfast was good that's it staff was decent but the room was Horrible had to buy candles air sanitizer spray and shower disinfectant cleaner"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, one of the best areas in Boca Raton. The lobby, common areas, restaurants, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the on-site Japanese restaurant, Kasumi, which was excellent. The poolside bar and restaurant were also highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the guest rooms did not live up to the standards suggested by the public areas. The rooms feel dated and could benefit from significant maintenance and renovation....

"Excellent location. The room has everything you need- very cute. However, I encountered a cockroach. The place had a weird smell. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s. The “bathtub” should be...
