"Air conditioning too loud"

"Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds."

"Our room was located at the very end of the complex next to the exit sign. Our bathroom door had been punched in multiple times. It had sharp wood fragments poking out. There was a great big stain in the middle of the carpet. I was staying with a little dog and so I took a picture to make sure I wasn’t charged for the damage. "Our room was perfect for a big family. It was close to the college for us. The younger ladies that were at the front desk were very helpful. We will definitely stay there during the upcoming football season."

"The cabin was cozy on a beautiful property. It's in a convenient location for visiting the Devils Tower park. Parking is in front of each cabin which was very nice for bringing luggage inside for the night. The cabin has an unusual layout. The sink is outside the bathroom next to the bed which was awkward when using the bathroom and needed to use the sink. The sink would not drain properly and filled with water. Overall the experience good. I wouldn't mind coming back."

"A real throwback property. Very "motor lodge". Uniquely situated in what seemed like a mostly residential area. Room was cozy (read "small"), especially the bathroom, but comfortable. Climate control was just ok. Staff made excellent recommendations both for a restaurant for dinner and for a scenic drive to take on the way to Mt. Rushmore. Mosquitoes were ruthless."

"This is not a $176 a night hotel. It is a $60 a night budget motel! It's WAY overpriced! I am handicapped and my husband is 78. There is no handicapped parking here nor elevators, and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. So, we had to haul 2 suitcases, a large cooler, a dry-goods box, a backpack, 2 pillows and 2 bottles of wine up and down stairs in multiple trips. My husband fell on the stairs while bringing our cooler down the stairs (they don't have luggage carts). There was no...

"So the staff were super nice and friendly. However the rooms were set up really weird with a lot of dead space and the ac was in another room not even in the bedroom which made the bedroom stuffy and hot. The TV’s didn’t work and the curtains didn’t keep out any light so it was very bright. Our room also smelled like a smoker had been in there at some point. The shampoo was also half used."

"This place was so unsavory that we packed up and drove away! Had to replan our next 3 days of our 17 day cross country trip because the nearest safe hotel was an hour in the opposite direction! Expedia refused to assist me with securing a refund."
