"They do not have parking. You heed to find a public parking structure. The area at night was not the safest or nicest at night either. Homeloss everywhere. And i mean everywhere just randomly laying around. The facility's itsrkf although understandable a historic building could use sone restoration. Night staff was very helpful although day desk operator walked a line of rude."

"I loved the vibe and the architecture of the lobby and rooms. The restaurant was good for dinner. Centrally located. I wish the front desk guy was friendlier. He had an attitude which he should have left at home."

"I do not know the different neighborhoods but this place was scary, lots of illicit stuff going on right in front of us; gates around everything. My sister-in-law made a joke about a Schitt's Creek episode," whoever is closest to the door gets killed" something to that effect. Guy at the front desk was very friendly. For the price I paid, it was convenient for an arrive late/leave early type deal but I expected something more like a Hampton or Fairfield Inn."

"Service was great - the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s forced valet and I think you can actually park yourself around the corner in a garage for cheaper. I would look into avoiding the $45/day valet if I stay here in the future. Otherwise, the location is amazing! "

"We loved our stay here. Very budget friendly, the rooms were very clean and the location is great. We went to see a show at the Orpheum Theatre and it was 10 min by foot. It's also across the street from the Van Buren venue. We had dinner reservations at a restaurant on Roosevelt Row, about 25 min by foot. It was great not to have to drive anywhere. The hotel offers free parking and doesn't charge any resort fees. A little noisy due to being across from a venue but we didn't hear much once we closed the windows. Would definitely stay here again!"
