"On the plus side - the staff was helpful, the location was great, and the daily breakfast was awesome.
On the minus side - the room left us disappointed. The room had a poor smell, the bathroom needed some obvious cosmetic and mechanical repairs (and only offered one-ply TP), and the mini fridge made a clicking noise on and off all throughout the day/night. We also had an issue with the streaming device attached to the tv. It felt kind of dungeon-like inside the room when the curtains were...

"This property is tired. I do not mind paying $450 a night for a hotel room if it is deserved. I do mind paying $450 when there’s mold in the shower around the tub, on the ceiling in the shower, the vanity trim around the bathroom mirror is cracked, and the wood cabinets in the bathroom have scratches and knicks.
Pool area is nice."

"This place very dirty.. The chairs are very dirty on the balcony. I had to buy Lysol to clean them. There was lot of hair on the towels. Also found someone hair clip and food on the dinner tray.The pool chlorine was unbearable and extremely dirty tissue on the floor and trash and broken window. I was there the first day we were there and when we left .We stood there for two nigh stay. Don’t stay here very filthy"
