"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Our room and the hallway to our room smelled awful. When we got into our room we saw the bathroom faucet was leaking and the floor was wet with some brownish residue that was maybe sand or...?
