"Clean room and the bar and also the rooftop is amazing"

"Hotel is beautiful and staff was amazing. Location was near 1 train and many options for food nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise at night. We stayed on the street side at the intersection and it was loud. Also, the doors to all the rooms are very heavy and slam shut. It’s a lot in the middle of the night to hear all the doors slamming shut. Other than this, the stay was great and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"Quiet room, newly renovated. Cleaning was not consistent but rectified quickly after my complaint. Staff is very accommodating. Thanks for another great stay. :-)"

"It is near Metro and the staff was very helpful in guiding me direction to my destiny and where I have to exit the subway to get to my destination! The extracwater they have in the room helped my guest and me!"

"Room was clean and bright. Nice views. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities such as free American Museum of Natural History Museum was a nice touch. Convenient to multiple subways, grocery stores, and restaurants as well as Times Square. Free breakfast is also very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again."

"Ever since I arrived, I’ve been leaving the do not disturb sign on my door because I did not want housekeeping today. The bed was done. The trash just taken and Your towels were put in place, even though the sign of do not disturb us on the door. Meaning, I did not want anyone to come into the room, and there was $1000 stolen for my room. I’m sure I will take weeks to hear back from the company or I probably never will but I think it’s so wrong. When there’s clearly I do not disturb sign on the...

"The hotel was in an excellent location with subways near by taking you all around Manhattan. Brooklyn bridge was a 10 minute walk and the 9/11 memorial , Wall Street was a 5 minute walk.This was my second visit to New York and found this hotel and location far better than staying in Times Square."

"Room was small but I expected that. Clean and had all the necessities. Good AC, nice bathroom, comfortable enough bed to sleep in. No complaints overall. Great value for price. Restaurant in the hotel was also good. Friendly staff gave me recommendations for dinner. Rooftop bar was awesome to do some remote work at while enjoying the view. Walkable to a lot of popular spots. Easy access to train and bus for any longer travels."

"DId not eat breakfast at hotel or used the garage..But it seemed to be really good... The doormen are a plus in the hotel... Staff is very attentive....Housekeeping was perfect..."
