Room service dropped off new towls and maybe took the trash out but the bed was not made the whole four night stay an no new soap the whole time. Not that big a deal compared to how clean and nice the property was but just something i noticed

Sonesta Select San Jose Airport
The check-in was made so easy by the hotel clerk. I had made an error on my booking and she happily accommodated us. Wonderful customer service!
