"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "

"I don’t know Spanish, and most staff don’t speak English, so that got interesting sometimes. There is no ability to get in the ocean anywhere around here. There’s construction going on a LOT. The noise at night was out of control! Gorgeous property, places needing reservations were great but it’s the same thing daily. Buffet especially:( very windy all day every day! It’s a one and done kind of place for me for sure! "

"The location, view and staff were wonderful. However our 2 br executive suite was a disappointment. The room was very dated. TV’s hung crooked, floor lamp taped up with one of the bulbs out. Dirty sock under the couch. Only 2 small uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. For the price I expected more. The staff was very helpful however and addressed our concerns as much as possible, straightening tv’s, bringing 2 more comfortable chairs for balcony etc. Overall the hotel is fine. Be aware however...

"The welcome staff and the restaurant staff and housekeeping were top notch. I was disappointed in the pool staff who brought drinks. There were may times we were trying to get food or drinks and often got walked past. The drinks were not very good. Our room had banging sounds in the air conditioning and for three days we got cold water. We brought the problems to the front desk and the response was thanks. We are aware. Overall it has good food and restaurants. Loved the Sante one the...
