"We booked on the belief that a pool was an available to guests. Not the case, individual pools are in each villa, we had a bungalow. The hotels site is a bit misleading, also no outside area for use by the bungalow guests. You get a nice room but no balcony, veranda or outdoor area.
Apart from this the hotel was clean and well situated."

"Staff were great, cleaners were really good, wifi was good but the actual villas themselves really required updating. We had broken floor tiles which they were aware but never fixed and cracked walls with some mould around different areas.. the mosquitoes were impossible to get rid off as nothing closed properly!! I’d say 3 star at the best!!"

"The staff was very helpful. They will take you anywhere in seminyak. And since we were traveling during the peak season, where finding taxi could be hard, this has been a nice touch during our stay. Just beware of the mosquitoes, they should install a bed canopy in each bed. Also the AC were right above our head, they should be moved to somewhere farther. We ended up using the ac in the bathroom to cool the room."
