"The staff were super friendly and we’d stay here again. The room was clean and large for a studio. It seemed quiet considering it was a busy area so they’ve done well keeping out street noise and the sound of other guests roaming the halls at night. There were lifts so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the stairs which was great as we’ve stayed at a few places recently without lifts and it was difficult as I have a bad back. It's advertised as a hotel Holiday inn and when you get there it's a old house with a couple of bedrooms downstairs, over the two days I stayed there I saw so many people walk in and out because it is not appropriate to stay in, it should be closed down. they don't get a refund, they can't. it's a trap, it is a scam. it should be taken off your website . We paid $518 for two nights we had no TV no microwave the room was disgusting we...

"一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。"
