"I checked in on the 13th of May and were with a group. I had an extended stay. The only issue was the last night we had prepaid with Hotels.com and the reservation was duplicated. It was an inconvenience but the staff at the front desk was able to resolve it quickly. I would highly recommended this hotel. Worth all the money. The staff is very professional and experiencing Banff was amazing 5 stars "
