19-Nov-19 RM 610 The reception Ms Santi was very helpful when I wanted to print a document to sign & that i had to urgently email back home.
She suggested to print, let me sign & then scan for me.
And everything was done in 10mins.
I really appreciate her initiative and excellent attitude to helping her guests.

Hotel clean, modern and well maintained with zany decor. Staff really helpful and most speak reasonable English, not common in Borneo. We just had overnight stop so can't comment on location. Dinner in the restaurant was good as well. Happy to recommend Artotel.

Concierge was helpful, quick to respond. One thing about the hotel, they play music in the hallway. You can barely hear it in the room, but still, you can hear a little bit of it. Room was clean, AC was cold. Liked it!

The property is situated in a good location where there are great cafes close by. The bed and pillows are very comfortable but the rooms are pretty run down, far from what I expected based on the images we saw on Expedia.
The hotel staff at the reception on night duty isn’t very helpful when we wanted to lodge a police report at 2AM after my friend realised he lost his wallet.

I like the bathroom. The bed is comfortable but I suspect it to have bed bugs. I stayed there for 7 nights and have been seen bugs bites on my body....
The staff is pleasant and honest. I left adaptor upon checked out and came by the next day and asked them to check. They did find it. This is not very common. Usually people won’t care for whatever left when you already checked out.

Quick check in, nice welcoming drink. Room was clean, amenities and toiletries were of nice quality. It wasn't really in city centre but close enough. Nice neighborhood, wish I got more time to see about the area.

It was an amazing experience with Artotel. I was surprised that a 3.5 star hotel could do it impeccably great. It's an art theme hotel done in a tasteful way. The only thing the hotel needs to improve on is putting a bar fridge in the room.

i really like my stay, check in staff were quick, staffs are proactive, nice bed, nice smelling room. clean linens, clean room... comfortable bed. awesome top notch breakfast. definitely worth the value.

Service is great, friendly staff. Clean air conditioned room, great shower and comfortable bed. Live music at the lobby lounge with a decent wine selection. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel room cosy clean and service is good but problem no fridge in the room, like I need for to storage my medications and food.

Overall is a good hotel, the downsides is just happen during my stay, the WiFi is down and trouble for any Internet connection.

Cute hotel but can be annoying.
i can see why this hotel was well rated. the art and design factor were selling points but at times proved impractical in room furnishings. table was too tapered for example, one could hardly work on a laptop with it. not very suitable for the business traveller. restaurant food was 8/10 and way too pricey.

Good food & location. Too bad the cleanliness is rather poor
Loved the art theme of this hotel. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Has a good restaurant and good breakfast. They have a dedicated taxi to take you to where you want to go. Short drive to mall. Not much within walking distance. Stayed here on two separate trips.
Hotel was clean and nicely-designed. Location was quite decent, easy to access many major places. Room was clean and neat. Traffic noise might get a little loud on lower floors, facing the main road. Staff was helpful and tried their best to help with directions, etc. Overall quite decent, although breakfast wasn't super.

Interesting and unique hotel. The room is well designed and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is nice. However, no swimming pool and other facilities but you can arrange body massage in your room.
Awesome hotel, fresh clean and artsy! Hotel staff were great, always happy, helpful and polite! Had the best time ever! Thanks again ARTotel!

Slightly out of the way however the nice room, friendly staff and good food more than made up for it. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

I am very pleased to have stayed in this hotel, the staff is really helpfull. Roca restaurant is good, breakfast is good too. The only bad point is the noise of the road if your room is on the road side.
the positive point is definitely the smile and kindness of the staff.

Beautiful and efficient place.
Nice place, good food. Interesting ambience with art everywhere. Efficient rooms, but funny and creative all around.
Highly recommended.
Great ambience, perfect location and staff are very helpful and friendly. They provide excellent services right from I stepped in my foot in the lobby right until I left the hotel. One down point about this hotel is the poor sound proof at rooms especially my room was at the bar side and I was there on the weekend, the crowd from the bar was on all night long.
Other than that, my stay there (5d4n) was a superb- perfect ! =D
