"The property is amazing however front desk staff were not very friendly check in and check out."

"We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money."

"This hotel was Old the breakfast area smelled horribly I would not stay at this place again"

"One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant."

"Wow. Absolutely disgusting & MISLEADING. Door has been kicked in, as soon as a light came on ROACHES SCATTERED. Furniture looks like it was picked up from someone’s trash and placed in this “condo” not at all safe for children. Parking is in the dark in the back. I REFUSED TO TAKE MY BAGS INSIDE OR STAY THE NIGHT THERE. She refused to give my money back & CHARGED ME FOR EXTENDED STAY. Literally took me and my 2 12 year old daughters until 2am to find another place to stay. "

"The smell of weed was so bad at this property, I decided to just deal with it. Then when I saw the rat down at the pool, I was out. I will not stay there again. We left early and they would not even credit me back for my time we were not there. I will Not be staying there again!!"

"Issue was the only rooms available for single occupancy were smoking rooms. Room stunk to high heaven. Had to purchase air fresheners in attempt to reduce the stink. I suggest staying at a nearby hotel named SLEEP."

"We like staying at the comfort inn for it's great location and reasonable prices. The continental breakfast is a bonus. The staff member that was working the breakfast area was very helpful and kept everything stocked and wiped down. Kudos to her for a job well done!"

"We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building.
