"I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. "

At least in the off season the front desk closes for the night in the evening - something we did not know until we went to check out a game. Not the end of the world and certainly not a surprise given that it was January but would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that small detail everything was fabulous. Beds were comfy, our view was perfect."

"Owner/host gave us tour and recommendations for dinner that were close by. Historic building that has been lovingly restored and includes modern amenities and bathrooms. Has a lot of extra touches like cookies and coffee in entry, bathrobes, room darkening shades, great breakfast."
