Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. "Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it. "

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"Huge room - well and comfortably furnished Bathroom well equipped as was the tea/coffee facilities . Pleasant bar and breakfast (Continental only provided) was pretty good - although would benefit from more ambitions bread options rather than just sliced! Overall excellent and would recommend."
