Hotel dekat Pantai Surfside

"FYI they painted the outside of the hotel so it is no longer orange, it is now dark gray. The photos of the rooms are also not the same. Parking is in the alley behind the hotel underneath in a parking garage. It is LOUD - heavy traffic on Collins and lots of sirens and horns all day and night. That being said, the suite itself was equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full beds, one bathroom, a pull out sofa and a small dining area. "Beach chairs"

"I got what was advertised, a clean updated room with basic amenities in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach and many great restaurants. Check in was smooth. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are prompt on their communication via WhatsApp. The grounds are very nice and serene. Rooms are very clean and nice. Hotel seemed to have been renovated recently and has been well kept. Added bonus is that the beach is close by and the hotel has an arrangement with the company at the beach which provides 2 lawn chairs and an umbrella per day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Upon arrival everthing was clean, room , property,but there is not any staff on site, in my opinion kinda of makes it difficult if you stay more than a few days. If you need to change your sheets or need more towels you much reach out to who I assume is the owner or a representative and you are given a code and you must change them yourself.Other than that property is really nice, plenty of restaurants and stores in that area. Beach is about 2 blocks down from hotel. Beach/water are clean. Hope...

"The doormen were not helpful and front desk woman was rude upon check in, room was dirty - hair on pillow and backboard of bed. Floor was gross - do not stay here. Pictures do not tell this story."

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"The place has so much potential there just few things that ca be fixed such as the bathtub and the dirty collecting by the fridge. But overall okay stay. The staff was very nice and helpful."
