"Hello, I was very surprised by the price and the limited amount of certains services and amenities, so this comments is more for recommandations: 1-The breakfast choice is very limited and the quality of the elements is very very poor like the croissants, even the apples were powdery. 2- The wifi signal does not cover the outside patio so its hard to have meetings for smokers. 3- Impossible for guests to warmup their foods. However, overall, the welcoming of the staff was great."

"We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us...

"I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!"

"The room was nice and clean, especially the floor, which often gets neglected with the sand. The room was not very big, but we did not want big as it’s just my son and I. It was affordable, clean, cool with all the amenities we needed. We were five minute walk to the beach and that’s why we stayed there. The swimming pool was nice. It’s a little noisy being on a main road but if you wear earplugs and sleep pretty soundly, then it shouldn’t be an issue."

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"We liked the privacy and the short distance to the beach.Neighborhood seemed safe to walk at night that's a plus.The negative would be lack of cleaning in the room,such as a streak of poop running down the bathroom wall by the door.The carpet was stained the lamp had stains the couch smelled like a wet dog and the air-conditioning hasn't had the filter cleaned in who knows how long.There were signs of previous flooding that I believe is why the room smelled musty.A dehumidifier would alleviate...
