Good food nice place to stay

Had a one night stopover, room was spacious and very clean with a super comfy bed. Breakfast next morning was excellent, plenty of choice.

Booked the hotel when attending our son's graduation, wanted something out of town with a restaurant. The hotel did not disappoint, as the hotel only has 5 rooms it has a nice friendly atmosphere, decor in the rooms is modern, the room was very spacious, excellent comfy bed and a very nice breakfast. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, which was very good and nice to try something different with the South African dishes.

Top all rounder

The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift. Beautiful property and perfect location. Plenty of parking available inside a gated courtyard. Owners greet you, show you to your apartment and provide you with all the needed codes. The apartment was spotless, well decorated and had everything you could need, including toiletries, tea, coffee and cooking equipment. The owners were friendly and even provided recommendations for local shops and cafés. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Pleasantly suprised by this hotel. Great value and I would stay here for Gatwick

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated which means they have state of the showers, beautiful throws and proper duvets, spotless white gorgeous bedding, fantastic decor throughout the hotel. The rooms are separated slightly from the fullers pub with a separate entrance. The breakfast was fabulous where you can order from a menu and food is made to order and fresh, included full English breakfast, eggs florentine, pancakes with fruit and maple syrup, porridge with fresh fruit. Amazing one night stay to attend a nearby wedding. Comfy king size bed and amazing breakfast.

Wonderful location on the river and lovely old building. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds comfy with high quality sheets and pillows. I slept so well! The pub serves brilliant bar food and the restaurant is top class. Highlight - amazing breakfast! The eggs benedict was perfect

Great initial welcome from Mike, backed up by some wonderful idiosyncratic features that uplifted the stay. Complimentary Sipsmiths Sloe Gin in the room, choice of two single malt whiskies (also complimentary) and freshly brewed coffee at the refreshments station were unexpected and warmly enjoyed! The room was cosy and clean and lovely with an amazing shower. And plenty of hot water. Bed was super comfy and I slept very well. Staff very helpful and friendly.
