"The air conditioning was rarely turned on and the room was hot and stuffy. No control of air colnd from the room unit. Order the vegetable soup for 6 pounds. Was watered down freeze dried 'cup-a-soup'. Bloody awful. Was refused a hot steak sandwich at 7.20pm and told by staff not available after 6pm as per the menu. Nowhere on the menu is this stated. (THEN ODERED THE SOUP INSTEAD) Constant noise of thumping feet and furnuture being dragged accross the floor up to 11pm at night from the floor...

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a decent experience. The property is located right next to the M25, but surprisingly, the noise wasn’t particularly bothersome. Breakfast is served as a buffet, and the quality is good, although the selection is quite limited. For a longer stay, I would probably find it disappointing, but for two nights, it didn’t make much difference. I had a deluxe room, which was very spacious and comfortable. "Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. "I was upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor which was lovely and the chap on reception was extremely helpful The only shame was no kitchen at the moment but there is a Sainsbury at the garage right opposite so easy to get some food and he supplied cutlery for me A lovely place to stay while travelling"
