"The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The pool looked inviting and was a wonderful experience. The gray door on the side of the building on the first floor did not work. The front desk staff person said she had made numerous attempts to get it fixed."

We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs."

"We booked 3 nights and was placed in tbe worst location. (Right next across from the elevator on the floor with the continental breakfast). I could understand if the hotel was fully booked, but we checked in shortly after 3pm and the parking lot/hotel was not busy. Our room had weird stains all over the chair and ottoman, dust caked the floor boards, mold on the tub caulk, and grime on the doors/light switches. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs that was cold and all the trash cans overflowing...

"It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! First time staying at a Drury Inn and we may never stay anywhere else! We paid for a high floor room which had two sinks and an incredibly clean bathroom. The breakfast and social hour were priceless. The only thing we didn’t love was the road noise. We barely got any sleep the first night from what seemed to be constant car and motorcycle noise. The hotel can’t help that but I wouldn’t stay at this particular location again due to that."

"I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....
