"The hotel is just awesome. The member of staff during check-in was great and but then the only interaction with staff we had during breakfast. And they were truly fantastic. The majority appear to be uni students as they all seem that age. Every single one of them was very helpful, professional but super friendly. "Staff were friendly. Had the three course Sunday dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. The bar had wood burners so was nice and snug. The room was to a high standard. We opted for breakfast in bed which again was good quality and generous. Free car parking just off the M6. "

Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. "
