"Family of four. We were only here two nights so didnt use the washing machine, but looked large and new. Kitchen was ample. Beds comfy (if you like firm) and plenty of space for a family. Oddly though only supplied three pillows and three towel sets. I asked for another pillow and request ignored. The decor was great fun. Shower was decent and all the toiletries you would need. "Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner. The cocktails were really good too. The location is amazing if you like anime and being right in the hustle and bustle of it all. So much to do in the area"

"The hotel was amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was more spacious than others we stayed in at Tokyo AND there was AC that actually worked! Which was much needed in July. If you use the gym, it’s very small. There is onsite laundry but you have to dry your clothes multiple times which was annoying. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again"

"Messaged the hotel via Expedia three separate times. Responses were always given within 3 hours. Stayed for 11 nights. Two adults and two children fit comfortably in the room. Shoe shelf/ complimentary slippers and a full length mirror on the left. "The room is very clean and I love their bidet spray. Love the ambiance of the property specially the lobby is very fancy type. Staff is very helpful upon our arrival and checked out as they allowed guest to keep baggage in ther baggage storage before and after checked out for certain hours. About the laundry not really impressing due of always oocupied by guests, always has to wait. Close to everything."

"First impressions is a clean modern unit, is good enough for family of 4, and it is like a small home, my wife surprised they have a rice cooker. So nice to have a kitchen so we can cook. Enjoy the wagyu most of our stay. Walking distance to the JR station but my teenage think is far after we walk all day, but surprisingly quiet. Washing machine in the room is excellent so i can clean my cloth in the room, but need learning time on the machine even they have sort of simple instructions. The...
