"there was no clean towel for me, the beds were dirty. the place seemed vacant and honestly quite uncomfortable. I have stayed in many hostiles and I think this was one of the worst experiences. It should not be an option to sleep directly next to stranger. I thought I booked the pods but got a room and it was awful. If I didn’t arrive at midnight I would’ve left and went to a hotel"

"The location from outside not look that good and was lucky to have one parking spot avilable. Room very clean as well as washroom,look like been totally renovated. There is no front desk,everything done by codes for main entry door and your room once you check-in. Only negative concerns, that heater Knob was broken and we was unable to reduce room temperature, ended up by sleeping and keep window open,I already called the hotel staff but couldn't help."

"The property itself was decent, but the room we received looked nothing like what was advertised in the photos. Additionally, the in-room amenities were quite limited — only a hair dryer and an electric kettle were provided. Since we arrived late in the evening, we had no means to cook a meal and struggled to find a nearby place that served food at that hour. "This was a great spot to stay for a short layover. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with before I arrived. It was easy to make arrangements to store my luggage before check in. They added breakfast to my stay as a courtesy. It may not have been the most luxurious hotel but it was clean and quiet. The showers were hot and refreshing after an exhausting day. And the convenience of staying steps away from the airport for an early morning flight is priceless."

"The hotel only offers self check-in, which only works if they remembered to send their welcome email, which they didn’t. They didn’t send to a number of guests all of who had to stand inline waiting to call them to send the information for self check-in. The room and bath were clean. There wasn’t any staff."

"This property doubles as a long-term parking lot for airport travelers and is surrounded by cars with very limited parking for hotel guests, especially for larger vehicles. Building was definitely not designed as a hotel and the converted guest rooms are very bare bones. More of a hostel feel than hotel. Very overpriced for what you get. We ended up rebooking somewhere else."

"I was warmly greeted & assisted to my room. Generously offered coffee, tea or cereal breakfast. The room was comfortable & in a great walking location, close to the ocean. (Only downfall was that I was looking forward to a sauna or hot tub soak, but sauna is now a storage shed & hot tub was being emptied). The shuttle service to get to the airport was good value for price, as I took bus & walked 1.3 kms from bus stop to get to the property."

"I booked the hotel because it had an airport shuttle.. we waited a long time for pickup and then were told there was a charge to go back. When we got to the lobby at 7 am as instructed no shuttle, no one at the front desk, ended up calling a taxi. The hotel is rundown, the bed was terrible, lumpy, one pillow provided, no soap. And it was very expensive!"
