"Rooms have newer furniture Walls are in process of repair and it said that they ate “”getting new carpet”. Beds are comfortable, staff is. Ery helpful and nice. We confirmed our reservation for pickup at the airport and were told to call once we have our luggage so the driver would tell us where the pick up would be. When we called, we were told that the shuttle service is no longer available????? The amenities are minimal: no hair conditioner, shower cap, lotion, make up remover, cotton...

"Beautiful traditional Italian interior design. Convenintly located on the Prague Castle side of the Danube, the area seemed less busy with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city. It also hosts the CODA toprated restaurant. There is a music library with numerous recordings and music litterature. We came here because Fairmont Golden Prague could not extend our stay there and are now very happy for the experience."

Work up every morning with lower back pain.. 2) Bathroom smelled like musky sewer water.. made the whole room stink even though we left the fan on. 3) Bed sheet have never been changed.. Stains and old lint in the bed sheets.. 4) we asked housekeeping not to come into the room as we were going to come back. the minute we left, housekeeping enter the room. "This is a great hotel for a stay in Prague. The staff was immediately welcoming in getting situated with both the surroundings, parking, and the hotel layout...even offering additional amenities four our pup. It was reasonably priced for all its offerings, had the GREATEST breakfast seen in our travels to date, and an easy and beautiful 40-minute walk to all the great sights, sounds, and flavors of central Prague. 10/10!"
