No staff but with just a phone call, the issue was taken of care immediately. We had a small refrigerator in our room which was nice. Also the breakfast was much more than expected. We would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here. Definitely not worth the money. “Luggage room” isn’t actually a room, you are told to put your luggage behind the front desk. No actual front desk staff though so your luggage is just sitting in the front entrance to the hotel. Extremely uncomfortable, small beds. Between a gas station and elementary school so very loud. Once again, unless you get a great deal on the price, I would not stay here.

This hotel has no physical receptionist, meaning there is no actual person in the reception. But that did not hinder my check in and check out process. There is a number that you can call and text if you have questions or need help. That person was very helpful. She responded to me quite fast and allowed me to leave my baggage in yhe reception area to be picked up on a later time. Also, i checked in late and they were very considerate in accommodating my late check in.

Zero service, completely de-serviced. Have not seen this before, even during the pandemics You have to do everything, get your towels, your toilet aper, get and change your bed sheets and take the used ones to the linen's room. No soap, or shampoo. The toilet paper closet was locked, so, no way to get a new roll. Too many warnings and threatens. Breakdast choices were very limited. No a human being around. Airbnb has better service.

Enkel innsjekk, rent rom, litt ubehagelig seng, manglet ekstra pute, toalett stod kun 5-10 cm fra dusjvegg så det var litt problematisk og varmtvann kom i bølger men grei enkel frokost og stille sentralt sted.
