"Fantastic stay! The room was wonderful and thoughtfully catered for my dog. Often, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit second-rate compared to others, but this was absolutely not the case. The room was spotless, cozy, and warm — complete with a dog bed, treats, bowls, and even poo bags, which was such a nice touch. "Very impressed with the overall experience of our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The studio rooms were very well equipped and had some nice touches like dishwasher and coffee machines. Even tea towels, filter coffee and washing up liquid included !! Decent warm pool and hot tub. Restaurant wasn't bad and reasonably priced. Would definitely come again. "

" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "

"Excellent comfy room with a few minor drawbacks, it was over the main restaurant area so was noisy early on, the water pressure on both hot and cold was poor but the shower was excellent and no toilet roll holder. The staff in general were very good and Jenny was excellent. The food in the restaurant was pricey but if superb quality, especially the home made pie.The draught beer was excellent and the wines very drinkable. The room cleaner left a bit to be desired, not a thorough job by any...
